Prticipation to PNC 2012 is open to all people with interest. Those who wish to attend the conference may register online.

Please read through the information below carefully before completing the registration.

 

Online Regitration period: September 17, 2012 - 12:00 pm, December 6, 2012 in California time (UTC/GMT -8 hours).

If the online registration is made after November 30, 2012 in California time, all payments will need to be made on-site.

 

On-site registration period: December 7, 2012 - December 9, 2012

The on-site registration will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. All on-site payment should be made by cash in US Dollar or Taiwan Dollar only.

  Registration will be processed in Taiwan; therefore the registration fee will be charged in Taiwan New dollar (TWD).

For Poster Competition participants, at least one author needs to register and attend the competition in person in
 

University of California, Berkeley.

 

欲參加海報競賽者,至少需有一名作者註冊並親自至美國參與競賽活動。

 

For Poster Demonstration participants,at least one author needs to register. The abstract will NOT be included on the

 

PNC 2012 Website without registration.

 

欲參加海報展示者,至少需有一名作者註冊,選擇不註冊者之海報摘要將不被列於大會網頁上。

If the online registration is made after 12:00pm, November 30, 2012 in California time, all payments will need to be made
  on-site.
  若您在加州時間2012年11月30日中午12點之後註冊,請於會期開始後至註冊台現場付費。
 

All payment on site should be made by cash in US Dollar or Taiwan Dollar only.

 

現場註冊只接受美金及台幣。

 

Computer(s) will be provided for speakers by the Secretariat. However, please bring your computer if you would like to use

 

your own one.

Online Registration


1. If you have submitted a paper and poster to PNC 2012 Online Submission System, please login with your PNC account here to register. You will not need to retype your basic information. Having problems logging in? Contact us.

2. Register here if you do not have an PNC account.

Payment Methods for Online Registration

 

For registration made before November 30, 2012, You may choose one of the following methods to complete your payment:

● Credit Card:
    Visa and Master Cards are acceptable.


● Bank Transfer:
   Banking handling charges shall be borne by the applicant. Photocopy of the bank slip must be sent to the PNC Secretariat
   by fax at +886-2-2788-5259 or by email at PNC@sinica.edu.tw. Registration is not complete without the copy of bank slip.

Confirmation


An official confirmation letter will be issued by the Secretariat via e-mail after both of your registration info and payment have been received. Please bring the confirmation letter with you upon arrival at the registration area as it will be used for picking up your name badge and conference documents. If you do not receive the confirmation letter by Novermber 30, 2012, please contact us at PNC@sinica.edu.tw.   

 




Cancellation and Refund


If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact the PNC secretariat at +886-2-2789-8894 or email to PNC@sinica.edu.tw. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if the cancellation is made on or before Friday, November 23. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made after Friday, November 23.
