Participation to PNC 2011 is open to all people with interest. Those who wish to attend the conference may make their registration on-line, or complete the registration form and send it to the PNC Secretariat by email at pnc@sinica.edu.tw or by fax at +886-2-2783 4496 with payment.


Please read through the information below carefully before completing the registration. The deadline for early registration is September 19, 2011, and for regular on-line registration is by noon, October 17, 2011. On-site registration will start on October 19, 2011, and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. On-site registration payment should be made by cash in US Dollar or Thai Baht or Taiwan Dollar.

  Registration will be processed in Taiwan; therefore the registration fee will be charged in Taiwan New dollar (TWD).

The regular registration fee includes three day lunches, coffee breaks, and one Banquet Ticket.

The Student registration fee includes three day lunches and coffee breaks. Students who wish to attend the banquet on

 

October 21 have to purchase the Banquet Ticket additionally (USD 30 / TWD 900). A copy of a valid student ID must be

 

attached when register at the Student rate.

 

學生註冊費包含三日午餐及茶點。學生如欲參加晚宴需另外購買晚宴票券(美金30元/台幣900元)。學生註冊需檢附學生證影本。

 

For Poster Competition participants, at least one author needs to register and attend the competition in person in Thailand.

 

欲參加海報競賽者,至少需有一名作者註冊並親自至泰國參與競賽活動。

 

For Poster Demonstration participants, one of the authors should register if no authors could go to Thailand in person.

 

The abstract will NOT be included on the PNC 2011 Website without registration.

 

欲參加海報展示者,若無任何作者將至泰國與會,需有一名作者註冊,選擇不註冊者之海報摘要將不被列於大會網頁上。

 

On-site Registration will start on October 19, 2011 and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis.

Computers will be provided for speakers by the Secretariat. However, please bring your computer if you would like to use

 

your own one.

Payment Methods

 

You may choose one of the following methods to complete your payment:


● Credit Card:
    Visa and Master Cards are acceptable.


● Bank Transfer:
   Banking handling charges shall be borne by the applicant. Photocopy of the bank slip must be sent to the PNC Secretariat
   by fax at +886-2-2783-4496 or by email at PNC@sinica.edu.tw. Registration is not complete without the copy of bank slip.

Confirmation


An official confirmation letter will be issued by the Secretariat via e-mail after your registration info and payment have been received. Please bring it with you upon arrival at the registration area as it will be used for picking up your name badge and conference documents. If you do not receive the confirmation letter by October 12, 2011, please contact us at PNC@sinica.edu.tw  
 




Cancellation and Refund


Cancellation should be made by written and fax to the Secretariat at +886-2-2783-4496 by October 5, 2011. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded after the conference if the cancellation is made by October 5, 2011. No refund is made after October 5, 2011.
