Registration


Participation is open to all people with interest; those who wish to attend the conference may make their registration on-line or complete the enclosed registration form to email or fax it to the PNC Secretariat with payment. Please read through the information carefully before completing the form. The deadline for early registration is August 15, 2009, and for regular on line registration is October 2, 2009. On-site registration will be subject to availability.

The registration fee allows you to attend all the conferences during 10/6-9.
The registration fee includes 4 day (10/6-9) lunches & coffee and tea, the banquet on October 7, and one USB (with program downloaded) .
Student’s registration fee excludes the banquet and excursion tickets. Students who are interested in attending the banquet or the excursion are required to purchase the tickets in advance via the registration.
Student voucher is designed for participants with Student Identification. To qualify for Student Voucher, he/she needs to fax the copy of Student ID to PNC Secretariat at +886-2-2783-4496.
The number of attending excursion is limited, so first registers, first reserved.
The registration fee will include the following items
A storage device USB (2G) containing conference program, and abstracts.
The registration fee allows participants to attend all sessions including PNC Annual Conference, TELearn 2009 Conference and GIS in the Humanities and Social Sciences Conference.
Daily lunch and mid-session refreshments from 10/6 to 10/9
Welcome Reception on 10/7 (Students need to purchase the coupons if he/she wants to attend )
Excursion on 10/9 (Students need to purchase the coupons if he/she wants to attend )

Confirmation


Secretariat will send a confirmation letter via e-mail after your registration form and payment have been received. Please show it to the conference registration desk for getting the name badge and conference documents. If you do not receive confirmation letter by September 25, 2009, please contact us at PNC@sinica.edu.tw
 




Cancellation and Refund


Cancellation should be made by written and fax to Secretariat at +886-2-2783-4496 before September 25, 2009.
50% of the registration fee will be refund after the conference, if the cancellation is made before September 25, 2009.
No refund is made after September 25, 2009.
