Participation is open to all people with interest; those who wish to attend the conference may make their registration on-line or complete the enclosed registration form and email it to the Secretariat with payment.

Please read through the information carefully before completing the form. The deadline for early registration is September 31, 2008, and for regular on line registration is November 30, 2008. On-site registration will be subject to availability.

II. TELearn 2008 Workshop (December 6, 2008)

		The registration fee will be processed in Taiwan, the registration fee will be charged in NTD accordingly.
		The registration fee includes admittance to PNC conference sessions, GIS-IDEAS 2008 Conference and welcome banquet. TELearn 2008 workshop is free of charge for local participants who have registered PNC 2008 or GIS-IDEAS 2008.
		Student voucher is designed for participants with Student Identification. To qualify for Student Voucher, he/she needs to fax the copy of Student ID to PNC Secretariat at +886-2-2783-4496.

The registration fee will include the following items:

The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodations. Please make a housing reservation separately.

			email it to PNC 2008 Secretariat at PNC@sinica.edu.tw or

Confirmation:

Secretariat will send a confirmation letter via e-mail after your registration form and payment have been received. Please show it to the conference registration desk for getting the name badge and conference documents. If you do not receive confirmation letter by November 30, 2008, please contact us at PNC@sinica.edu.tw

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation should be made by written and fax to Secretariat at +886-2-2783-4496 before November 24, 2008. 50% of the registration fee will be refund after the conference, if the cancellation is made before November 24 2008. No refund is made after November 24, 2008.
