太平洋鄰里協會2005年夏威夷年會將於夏威夷大學(University of Hawaii at Manoa)的東西文化中心(East-West Center)舉辦。
本中心校園佔地21英畝，四周綠草如蔭、環境清幽，與夏威夷大學MANOA園區比鄰而居;此外，出入檀香山的各項資源及設施都很便利，但卻有別於繁華熱鬧的Waikiki及市區，彷如世外桃源。
