1. All new posts must be approved by moderator before showing up.
2. Allow registered user or unregistered user to post message.
3. It's not necessary for user to register or login before post message. But, registered user must input password then post. Unregistered user can leave Password field is empty.
4. Allow message body to be empty. But you must enter Name and topic field.

1.所有討論文件必須得到版主同意才可刊登.
2.允許註冊使用者或非註冊使用者刊登文件.
3.發表文件時, 不需先註冊. 已經註冊使用者必須輸入密碼. 非註冊使用者可以不用輸入密碼.
4.文件內容可以空白. 但必須輸入姓名及主題.
